We endeavour to dispose and re-use were possible all of our waste in a responsible manner. For larger jobs our waste is placed in a skip in separate layers and then taken to a recycling centre were the materials are then recycled in the proper manner. We take small amounts of waste to the recycling centre run by the council. This is then separated out into the various skips and recycled in the appropriate manner. Where we can we will re-use some materials, this saves you money and helps cut down on the impact to the environment.

Our normal way of conducting business is as follows.  Projects up to a £1000 are normally completed then payment is due upon completion of works. Projects over a £1000  – Once the details of the project are agreed a deposit is paid prior to work commencing and receipt given. Stage payments are then paid as the project moves along and the customer is happy with the progress and the work. A final sum is then due when all works are completed. Each time a payment is made a receipt is given. Payments are accepted in the following manor. Bank Transfer, company bank details will be made available for this or cash is acceptable. We have moved away from cheques as they take up to 9 days to clear and are expensive to process.  If in the unlikely case a problem arises it is our aim to discuss and correct this in a timely and proper manor. I have used this method of doing business and have found it a fare way of conducting business. It protects you as the customer and protects me as a small business.
